Area Formulas

Slab:Area = L × W (contact area with concrete bottom face)

Beam:Area = 2 × (W + D) × L (bottom + 2 sides)

Column:Area = 2 × (W + D) × L (all 4 faces, L = height)

Staircase:Area = L × W + 2 × (W + D) × L (slab bottom + waist + sides)

4 × 10 ft40 sq ft8-12

Release Agent Guidelines

  • Apply 1 coat before each pour for clean stripping
  • Coverage: 40-60 sq ft/L depending on plywood condition
  • Used oil is cheaper but may stain concrete — use proper form oil
  • Budget 10-15% extra for waste and re-coating

Common Mistakes

  • Not allowing for plywood reuses — proper oil extends life significantly
  • Ignoring bracing requirements — inadequate support causes blowouts
  • Using wrong plywood grade — BWR/BS grade for wet concrete contact
  • Skipping edge sealing — raw plywood edges absorb water and swell
  • Not factoring waste — always add 10-15% for cuts and damaged sheets

📖 Cara Menggunakan Kalkulator Bekisting

1

Ukur area permukaan beton.

2

Pilih jenis bekisting.

3

Masukkan faktor penggunaan ulang.

4

Masukkan biaya material per unit.

5

Klik Hitung.

6

Tinjau rincian biaya.

📐 Rumus Material Bekisting

Rumus dasar: Lembar = (Area ÷ Area Lembar) × (1 + Limbah) ÷ Penggunaan Ulang. Kayu tergantung jarak penyangga. Penyangga dihitung berdasarkan jarak.

⚠️ Kesalahan Umum

✕

Meremehkan jumlah lembar.

✕

Tidak memperhitungkan potongan.

✕

Jarak penyangga salah.

✕

Mengabaikan berat beton.

✕

Mengabaikan waktu pembongkaran.

💡 Tips Profesional

✓

Gunakan triplek film berkualitas tinggi.

✓

Pastikan penyangga memadai.

✓

Hitung tekanan beton.

✓

Rencanakan urutan pembongkaran.

✓

Oleskan oli bekisting secara merata.

✓

Periksa semua komponen.

✓

Simpan triplek dengan baik.

❓ Pertanyaan yang Sering Diajukan

Tergantung kualitas. Standar 5-8 kali. Kualitas tinggi 15-25 kali.

Umumnya 12, 15, dan 18 mm. Untuk dinding 15-18 mm.

Bagi area lantai dengan jarak penyangga.

Tergantung desain. Biasanya 2-4 meter per jam.

Tergantung kekuatan. Dinding 12-24 jam. Lantai 7-14 hari.

🏗️ Aplikasi Dunia Nyata

Proyek residensial tipikal membutuhkan 150 m² kayu, 450 m penyangga, dan 100 penyangga baja. Biaya total: Rp75 juta hingga Rp225 juta.
