Area Formulas

Slab:Area = L × W (contact area with concrete bottom face)

Beam:Area = 2 × (W + D) × L (bottom + 2 sides)

Column:Area = 2 × (W + D) × L (all 4 faces, L = height)

Staircase:Area = L × W + 2 × (W + D) × L (slab bottom + waist + sides)

4 × 10 ft40 sq ft8-12

Release Agent Guidelines

  • Apply 1 coat before each pour for clean stripping
  • Coverage: 40-60 sq ft/L depending on plywood condition
  • Used oil is cheaper but may stain concrete — use proper form oil
  • Budget 10-15% extra for waste and re-coating

Common Mistakes

  • Not allowing for plywood reuses — proper oil extends life significantly
  • Ignoring bracing requirements — inadequate support causes blowouts
  • Using wrong plywood grade — BWR/BS grade for wet concrete contact
  • Skipping edge sealing — raw plywood edges absorb water and swell
  • Not factoring waste — always add 10-15% for cuts and damaged sheets

1

Messen Sie die Fläche.

2

Wählen Sie den Schalungstyp.

3

Geben Sie den Wiederverwendungsfaktor ein.

4

Geben Sie Kosten pro Einheit ein.

5

Klicken Sie auf Berechnen.

6

Überprüfen Sie die Details.

📐 Materialformeln

Grundformel: Platten = (Fläche ÷ Plattenfläche) × (1 + Verschnitt) ÷ Wiederverwendung. Holz hängt vom Abstand ab. Stützen werden nach Abstand berechnet.

⚠️ Häufige Fehler

✕

Platten unterschätzen.

✕

Verschnitt ignorieren.

✕

Falscher Abstand.

✕

Betonsgewicht ignorieren.

✕

Schalungsentfernung ignorieren.

💡 Professionelle Tipps

✓

Verwenden Sie beschichtetes Sperrholz.

✓

Sorgen Sie für ausreichende Stützung.

✓

Berechnen Sie den Betondruck.

✓

Planen Sie die Entschalungssequenz.

✓

Tragen Sie Schalungsöl gleichmäßig auf.

✓

Inspizieren Sie alle Komponenten.

✓

Lagern Sie Sperrholz flach und trocken.

❓ Häufige Fragen

Hängt von der Qualität ab. Standard 5 bis 8 Mal. Hochwertig 15 bis 25 Mal.

Üblich: 12, 15 und 18 mm. Für Wände 15 bis 18 mm.

Teilen Sie die Losenfläche durch den Abstand.

Hängt vom Design ab. Typischerweise 2 bis 4 Meter pro Stunde.

Hängt von der Festigkeit ab. Wände 12 bis 24 Stunden. Platten 7 bis 14 Tage.

🏗️ Praktische Anwendungen

Ein typisches Wohnprojekt benötigt 150 m² Holz, 450 lfm Stützen und 100 Stahlstützen. Gesamtkosten: 5.000 bis 15.000 Dollar.
