Gross Area= Wall Length × Wall Height × Number of Walls
Net Area= Gross Area - (Windows × Window Area) - (Doors × Door Area)
Plaster Volume = Net Area × Thickness × Number of Coats
Cement Bags= Volume × (1 / Total Ratio Parts) × Cement Factor
Sand Volume= Volume × (Sand Parts / Total Ratio Parts) × Sand Factor
Worked Example
4 walls 12 ft × 10 ft, 10mm thick, 2 coats, 1:5 mix, 2 windows + 1 door:
- Gross Area: 4 × 12 × 10 = 480 sq ft
- Deductions: (2 × 15) + (1 × 21) = 51 sq ft
- Net Area: 480 - 51 = 429 sq ft
- Volume (10mm, 2 coats): 429 × 0.0328 × 2 = 28.1 cu ft
- Cement: ~20 bags (50 kg) for 1:5 mix
- Sand: ~1.0 cu yd
Mix Ratio Guide

Pro Tips
- Dampen walls 24 hours before plastering for better adhesion
- Apply scratch coat first for thick plaster jobs (>12mm)

- Temperature should be 5-35°C during application and curing

📐 漆喰計算式
基本式：漆喰体積 = 面積 x 厚さ x (1 + ロス係数)。60㎡の壁面、15mm厚、12%ロスで：60 x 0.015 x 1.12 = 1.008m3。
1:4混合のセメント量：セメント体積 = 漆喰体積 / (比率合計 x セメント部分)。5部分中セメント=1.008/5x1=0.2016m3=約290kg=6袋。

100㎡内壁漆喰、15mm厚、1:4比率で：約650kgセメント（13袋）、1.35m3砂。
下塗り10-12mm、1:5比率。中塗り8-10mm、1:4。上塗り2-3mm、1:3。
下塗りは少なくとも7日。中塗りは5-7日。
コンクリートブロックは通常良好な鍵を提供しますが、滑らかなものは接着剤が必要。
一般的に早すぎる塗布、厚さ過大、乾燥過多、比率の誤り、養生不足が原因。
